HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
- All our cupcake orders are delivered by us. We cannot guarantee next day delivery in circumstances beyond our control, however these situations are rare. Deliveries are made between 8am and 5pm. We recommend you let the recipient know to expect a delivery and to choose a date when they will be at home, or you are welcome to opt for delivery to their place of work.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
- Delivery runs are made every morning and afternoon, our order cut-off time is 4pm Monday-Friday. You can select the delivery date.Orders placed by 4pm Monday to Friday can be delivered the next day. We are unable to deliver on Holidays or the next working day following a Holiday. Special delivery request will incur extra charges. At the moment we can only deliver in Gauteng.

HOW DO I ARRANGE DELIVERY TO AREAS OUTSIDE GAUTENG?
- For locations outside Gauteng please contact us at lesego@sconesandall.co.za prior to placing an order to discuss any potential solution
CAN I SEND MY GIFT AS A SURPRISE?
- Yes you can. But you’ll need to consider what will happen if the person you’re surprising isn’t home at the time of delivery.We’re happy to include instructions on our packaging asking the driver to attempt to leave the parcel with a neighbour or in a safe place. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for parcels left if the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, or for parcels returned to the depot.
HOW LONG WILL MY CAKES, CUPCAKES AND SCONES STAY FRESH FOR?
- Our PRODUCTS are sent in sealed presentation boxes or buckets to ensure they arrive at their freshest. Flavours featuring fresh fruit are best enjoyed within 2 days of delivery. All other flavours are recommended to be eaten within 4 days of delivery to at their yummiest. We do recommend you keep them in an air-tight container. Our cupcakes and cakes freeze well for up to 6 weeks.

- We want our cupcakes to taste fresh and homemade, we use traditional recipes and well sourced ingredients. All our products and icings are made on site. All our cakes are suitable for vegetarians. RETURNS POLICY:
- You are entitled to return an unsatisfactory product within a day of receiving the goods. We must be advised by telephone 0718796243 if you are not happy with the products and you must arrange for your own return of the goods. The goods must be returned in a satisfactory condition. Accepted Returned orders will be refunded in full within 7 day.
CANCELLATIONS.
- No order can be cancelled once it has been prepared/baked. Our products are made on order and therefore a baked product needs to be supplied to the customer.
- We however reserve the right to cancel any order when confronted by a situation beyond our control, but these are rare occasions. We know how important our products are in people’s life, occasions and celebrations, we do our outmost best to provide ordered products on time
